Advertising Coordinator
The Advertising Coordinator is responsible for managing the advertisements that are purchased for the CHAP E-News and website. The Advertising Coordinator would be part of the CHAP Communications Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving advertisements via email from the CHAP online advertising forms
- Verifying that the advertisements have been purchased and that the necessary graphics have been supplied
- Coordinating with the E-News Editor and the Web Page tech to determine the availability in the schedule for posting the advertising
- Ensuring that the advertisements are posted and removed according to the schedule
- Following up with customers via email and phone as necessary, acting as the liaison between the customer and the E-News Editor/Web Page Tech
- Ensuring that customers receive a proof of the email to be sent and a report of post advertisement results
- Meeting monthly with the Communications Team.
Time Commitment:
- 1-2 hours per month
