Thank you for stopping by this page to investigate becoming a CHAP Convention exhibitor or speaker. Below you will find information on how to become an exhibitor or speaker. We look forward to hearing from you.

Prospective Vendors/Exhibitors

Each year, the Christian Homeschool Association of Pennsylvania (CHAP) receives many requests from companies and organizations that desire to be exhibitors/vendors or speakers at the CHAP Convention. CHAP desires to provide homeschool families attending the CHAP Convention with the information, challenges, and edification they need to start and continue home educating their children. Exhibitors and speakers at the CHAP Convention are a great part of fulfilling that purpose.

CHAP desires to fill the huge CHAP Exhibit Hall with the very best in educational materials from around the country: curricula, unit studies, traditional textbooks, art and music supplies and programs, educational games, science kits, language programs, videos, DVDs, clothing, and many more items that will support the education of the home educated students! Our goal is to find resources on diverse topics that will enhance every aspect of home education including entrepreneurial skills, homemaking skills, mechanical skills, missions, colleges, museums, sports, travel, website development, and much more! Our exhibit hall has a variety of sizes and prices of booths.

Inquiring potential vendors must go through an approval process and may apply here. You will receive an email after approval.

Due to the volume of emails we all experience only approved convention-vendor members will receive a response. If CHAP believes your product or service would benefit the homeschool community and be a good fit in our vendor hall, CHAP will initiate contact with you. There is no cost to apply for a convention-vendor membership, and becoming a convention-vendor member does not obligate the member to register for any events.

CHAP reserves the right to refuse any potential or present exhibitor without comment or reason.

Prospective Speakers

If you would like to be reviewed as a prospective speaker for the CHAP Convention, please send the following items to speakers@chaponline.com:

  • A summary of all your possible topics
  • A sample recording of a possible seminar
  • A biographical sketch
  • List of references

We request this information from speakers who wish to be considered as possible speakers when we are not familiar with the content of their seminar and/or have not heard their presentation. You should send the requested information to the email address that is above. We prefer the recordings to be MP3s sent via email or to be links we can download from a website.

PD3_7808We also have vendor workshops in addition to our regular workshops. If your sessions are topics that explain or instruct the audience on products or services you sell, then those would come under the vendor workshops and you can sign-up for those when you register as a vendor. If your topics are more general in nature and not specific to the products or services you sell, then those would be considered as outlined above in the general workshop description.

If you have spoken in past years at the CHAP Convention, we appreciate your taking the time to keep us updated with your current topics. Please send an email update of your current possible topics to speakers@chaponline.com.

We would be willing to review you as a possible speaker for the CHAP Homeschool Convention upon receipt of the above information or updates. If your workshop is something we feel would be beneficial to include in the Convention, we will initiate contact with you.
